Invokyr multiplayer and co-op
Invokyr’s co-op is online, on Steam, for Windows. The English store text says a group of up to 6, and the categories include Single-player, so solo is a supported way to play. There is no split-screen category.

I lined up the store categories with the October patch titles. V0.44.9 mentions the lobby browser. V0.44.11, dated October 15, adds an EOS network option and a kick control. A developer reply quoted in the research says everyone needs a copy. I am repeating that reply, not a guess about family sharing.
The rules that are actually written down
Online co-op uses Steam networking by default. From V0.44.11 you can switch to EOS networking if Steam networking fails. That option is a fallback, not a cross-play announcement for consoles.
Public lobbies and Steam invites were added during the Demo period (the research cites August 10, 2026) and the Early Access patches keep working on the lobby browser. A Spanish search for “contraseña lobby” is this lobby password, not the attic safe.
- Up to 6 players in the current Early Access text, solo included.
- Each person needs a copy, per the developer reply in the research notes.
- No local split screen in the Steam category list.
- Family Sharing is a store category. It is not the same sentence as “one copy for the whole lobby.”
Pick the problem you actually have
Player-count arguments, muted microphones, and disconnects are different pages. Mixing them made the old answers hard to trust.
Questions this page answers
Can you play Invokyr solo?
Yes. Single-player is a Steam category, and the player cap is written as up to 6, not exactly 6.
Is there split screen?
No split-screen category is on the store page checked October 16, 2026.
Do friends need to buy the game?
A developer reply says everyone needs a copy to join.
